Parbold stitched collage workshop

After another fabulous day with a group of lovely ladies some fabulous work was created.

Again I was amazed at the diversity of the work that was produced. Ranging from a lovely Hare to the seaside. Again starting with everyone's stash of paper we began ripping and cutting to create some colourful backgrounds.

Once glued down the details were created and attached to the background. After lunch we rearranged the room to create something the Great British Sewing Bee would be proud of. The fabulous humming of sewing machines started and the magical transformation of the collages began.

After an afternoon of sewing and then some hand stitching and embellishment we were ready to have a look at the work and I am sure you will agree they are fabulous.

ps here is my sample from the day to xx
